Town of Groveland Seeks Part-Time Library Page for Langley-Adams Library

GROVELAND 一 The Town of Groveland announces that it is seeking a qualified, part-time Library Page for the Langley-Adams Library. 

The Library Page will be responsible for maintaining the book collection by shelving and assisting with library programs. Applicants should be able to adapt to new technology, work as part of a team, conform to new policies and procedures, and interact with patrons at the circulation desk.

Candidates must have the ability to manage multiple tasks, strong communication skills, the ability to organize, and work independently and with others. Pay is $14.25 per hour, for 5 to 9 hours a week, including alternating Saturdays.

GROVELAND 一 The Town of Groveland announces that it is seeking a qualified, full-time Youth Services Librarian for the Langley-Adams Library. 

The new Youth Services Librarian will be responsible for assisting in planning, implementing, and managing library services for children and teen programs. The candidate must have an aptitude for working with people, excellent verbal and written communication skills, the ability to organize, and the ability to work with children.

Town of Groveland Highlights May Events at Langley-Adams Public Library

GROVELAND — The Town of Groveland and Langley-Adams Public Library Director Darcy Lepore are pleased to share scheduled programming for children, teens, and adults throughout May.

Saturday, May 21, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. — Spring Book Sale

The Friends of the Groveland Library will host a book sale under a tend in the Langley-Adams Public Library’s parking lot, with all proceeds benefiting the library’s programming, passes and more.
