150 Center St/Strawberry Fields Feasibility Study

This project was implemented to have a set of professionals assess the possibilities at the Town-owned property at 150 Center Street, also known as Strawberry Fields.  

This project took a comprehensive look at the property, specifically a site survey, wetland delineation, market analysis, engineering review, and more. This all went into an analysis of what could possibly be done at this property with options ranging from doing nothing with the site, to creating a mixed-use development. This process included multiple community engagement sessions and virtual surveys.  

The Town now has a comprehensive and well-rounded study on the site which not only has information on the physical site but also a market study and information from resident surveys on the site.

This project was fully funded through a MassDevelopment Site Readiness Program grant.
