This will be my last regular weekly COVID Statement. Future updates will be sent out, as needed.

Finally, on a separate note, I would like to add that the Town of Groveland condemns the actions of the Minneapolis Police Department which lead to the death of George Floyd. In addition, we condemn racism and police brutality of any kind. We applaud the efforts of the citizens who held peaceful protests over the last week and support the demand for justice.

I would like to thank all the residents in Groveland for their patience and cooperation over these last fifteen weeks as we made our way through this pandemic. Hopefully cases stay low and we will be able to slowly resume normal life.

Stay safe and well. Thank you.
