What is a Memory Cafe?
It’s a welcoming space designed for people living with dementia at any stage and their care partners to come together and enjoy moments of connection and joy.
On the 14th of April, we’ll enjoy a relaxing get-together accompanied by live harp music, conversation, and snacks!
